COPARENTALIDADE RESPONSÁVEL: UM NOVO MODELO FAMILIAR?
A coparentalidade responsável vem se despontando como um novo método de filiação sem, contudo, criar-se uma família com base na afetividade do casal, mas sim, por meio de contrato escrito e minucioso entre as partes interessadas, propiciando uma nova alternativa para exercer a filiação. A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo investigar se por esse novo método de concepção cria-se um novo modelo de entidade familiar, analisando a ocorrência das consequências jurídicas advindas desse relacionamento, tais como os relacionados ao poder familiar; a guarda do filho; o regime de visitação; a pensão alimentícia; a educação do filho; a religião; a responsabilidades durante o período gestacional, casos de “desistência” da filiação, enfim, os possíveis problemas que possam surgir a partir dessa nova forma de procriação. Busca-se, por fim, diagnosticar uma solução e demonstrar a legitimidade desse novo modelo familiar em benefício do filho, tendo como fundamento o princípio do melhor interesse da criança e do adolescente e da proteção integral versus a liberdade dos que procuram esse novo modelo para a satisfação de uma necessidade de constituição de uma família, seja por idade, orientação sexual, máculas amorosas, entre outros.

Abstract:
Responsible co-parenting has emerged as a new method of procreation and sonship without, however, creating a family based on the couple's affection, but rather by means of a written and detailed contract between the interested parties, providing an alternative to the people have their children. Thus, the research project aims to investigate if by this new method of procreation a new model of family can be created. The research will use the inductive-deductive and qualitative method, through a bibliographical survey. The research also aims to investigate recurrent problems arising from this relationship, such as those related to family power, the custody of the child, whether unilateral or shared, the regime of visitation, alimony, the education of the child, the religion, gestational responsibilities, cases of "cancellation" of the sonship, in the end, the possible problems that can arise from this new form of procreation, trying to find out a solution and to show the legitimacy of this new familiar model for the benefit of the child, having as based on the principle of the best interest of the child and the adolescent and the integral protection against the freedom of those who seek this new model for the satisfaction of a need to procreate, whether by age, sexual orientation, loving macules, among others.
