COOPERATIVISMO E POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS: A COOPERATIVA AGRÍCOLA DOS PRODUTORES DE VINHO DE JUNDIAÍ (AVA) NO ÂMBITO DO PROJETO MICROBACIAS II
O Estado brasileiro em relação a elaboração de políticas públicas ao desenvolvimento rural, mostrou-se historicamente, centralizador e com foco na modernização das atividades agropecuárias. Porém, o Programa Estadual de Microbacias Hidrográficas (PEMH) e o Projeto de Desenvolvimento Rural Sustentável – Microbacias II – Acesso ao Mercado, na escala do Estado de São Paulo, passaram a inserir na dinâmica do mercado os pequenos agricultores familiares organizados em associações e cooperativas. Assim, o trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a Cooperativa Agrícola dos Produtores de Vinho de Jundiaí (AVA) na reprodução social dos agricultores, localizados nos Bairros Rurais do Poste e do Caxambú que participam da cooperativa, garantindo sua participação numa política pública de âmbito estadual.

Abstract:
The Brazilian State in relation to the elaboration of public policies for rural development, has historically shown itself to be centralizing and focusing on the modernization of agricultural activities. However, the State Program of Hydrographic Watersheds (PEMH) and the Sustainable Rural Development Project - Watersheds II - Access to the Market, on the scale of the State of São Paulo, began to insert small family farmers organized into associations and cooperatives into the market dynamics. Thus, the work aims to analyze the Agricultural Cooperative of Wine Producers of Jundiaí (AVA) in the social reproduction of farmers, located in the Rural Neighborhoods of Poste and Caxambú that participate in the cooperative, ensuring their participation in a public policy at the state level.
