COOPERAÇÃO TÉCNICA UNIVERSIDADE-EMPRESA: INICIATIVA ESTRATÉGICA PARA ALAVANCAR A COMPETITIVIDADE DO SETOR METALMECÂNICO NO ESTADO DO CEARÁ
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo geral
analisar a cooperação técnica UniversidadeEmpresa com vistas ao desenvolvimento
tecnológico e aumento da competitividade do
setor metalmecânico no Ceará. O enfoque
metodológico é caracterizado por meio de
abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritiva,
fazendo uso de análise de conteúdo para
apreciação dos insumos e o diagnóstico das
variáveis descritoras, ponderando-se os objetos
verificados por meio de roteiro de entrevistas.
Os resultados da pesquisa oportunizaram um
aprofundamento na realidade de cada agente
entrevistado o que possibilitou concluir que
apesar de existirem alguns hiatos com relação
aos intercâmbios institucionais- cabendo
destacar as questões estruturais e conjunturais
acerca do desenvolvimento tecnológico no
Ceará - há uma cultura empresarial sob o
prisma da inovação

Abstract:
This research aims to analyze
the university-business technical cooperation
with a view to the technological development
and increase of the competitiveness of the
metal-mechanic sector in Ceará, Brazil. The
methodological procedures encompass a
qualitative approach of the descriptive type,
making use of content analysis to evaluate
the inputs and the diagnosis of the descriptive
variables, weighting the verified objects through
interviews, designed to capture extreme data
relevance through a panel of specialists/
managers of the productive sector and the
academy. The results allowed a deepening in
the reality of each agent interviewed, which
allowed concluding that although there are some
gaps in relation to institutional exchanges – it is
necessary to highlight the structural and cyclical
issues about technological development in
Ceará state – there is a corporate culture under
the prism of innovation.
