Conversas em Grupo e Fórum Virtual: Dispositivos Cartográficos de Ensino e Aprendizagem”
A Cartografia pode contribuir,
pelos efeitos das ações de aprendizagem,
para a análise de implicação das instituições
de ensino com as demandas da sociedade.
Como dispositivos de intervenção e de
pesquisa a conversa presencial e virtual sobre
a grupalidade, ao problematizar os trabalhos
experienciados em grupo, força a pensar sobre
o trabalho em equipe e o cuidado em saúde. Os
ditos e escritos dos estudantes de graduação em
Odontologia apontam para o dual conflito entre
a cooperação/colaboração e a competição; a
participação ativa e a inoperância; a autonomia
e o apoio mútuo; a (des) confiança e a
liderança, o controle e a sujeição entre pares
e professores. As conversas potencializam
a produção transversal do conhecimento ao
ativarem o coengendramento do plano comum
e heterogêneo desse coletivo de forças, pela
incorporação das políticas públicas no ambiente
universitário.

Abstract:
The cartography can contribute,
by the effects of the learning actions, to the
analysis of implication of the educational
institutions with social demands. Like devices
of research and intervention the face to face
and virtual conversations about groupality, by
making problems about the experience in group
work forces to think the teamwork and health
care. The sayings and writings of the students,
in the Dental graduation, point to the duality and
the conflicts between collaboration/cooperation
and competition; the active participation and
the inoperation; the autonomy and the mutual
support; the (dis) trust and the leadership,
the control and the subjection among peers
and teachers. The conversations leverage the
transversal production of knowledge, by putting
in action the co-engender of common and
heterogeneous plan in these collective forces,
by the incorporation of public policies in the
university environment.
