CONTRIBUIÇÃO DAS LEIS RECENTES DE PROTEÇÃO AO MEIO AMBIENTE PARA MUDANÇAS DE PARADIGMAS NO USO DO SOLO NAS CIDADES
O Presente artigo demonstra como as novas leis sobre ocupações de espaços urbanos e rurais influenciaram nas tomadas de decisões do poder público, tendo como referência principal o município de Goiânia-GO, bem como o impacto que as regulamentações jurídicas ambientais proporcionam de bem-estar às populações das grandes cidades. O ambiente institucional que envolve a regulação urbanística no Brasil está sendo alvo de muitas transformações, a mais recente é a entrada em cena do Estatuto da Cidade, que regulamenta a Política Urbana constante da Constituição do Brasil, e segundo alguns especialistas em meio ambiente representa um divisor de águas para conscientização do desenvolvimento sustentável. Com as novidades jurídicas em favor do meio ambiente, segundo alguns especialistas tem-se a possibilidade de novos caminhos para o enfrentamento do problema das precárias condições de habitabilidade e degradação ambiental no país, e principalmente nas grandes cidades, na direção da sustentabilidade urbana, com ênfase para algumas das iniciativas políticas Estaduais e Municipais para o município de Goiânia-GO que propiciaram a expansão urbana com sustentabilidade.

Abstract:
The present article demonstrates how the new laws on occupations of urban and rural spaces influenced the decision-making of the public power, having as main reference the municipality of Goiânia-GO, as well as the impact that environmental legal regulations provide for the well-being of people. populations of large cities. The institutional environment that involves urban regulation in Brazil is undergoing many transformations, the most recent being the entry into the scene of the City Statute, which regulates the Urban Policy contained in the Constitution of Brazil, and according to some experts in the environment represents a watershed for awareness of sustainable development. With the legal novelties in favor of the environment, according to some specialists, there is the possibility of new ways to face the problem of precarious living conditions and environmental degradation in the country, and especially in large cities, in the direction of urban sustainability, with emphasis on some of the State and Municipal policy initiatives for the municipality of Goiânia-GO that provided sustainable urban expansion.
