CONTRADIÇÕES INERENTES ÀS POLÍTICAS DE FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES NO BRASIL
No texto, analisa-se algumas contradições inerentes às políticas de
formação de professores no Brasil. A obrigatoriedade de formação de nível superior
para atuar no magistério da educação básica tem provocado uma corrida às
licenciaturas, empreendida por instituições de ensino e em modalidades de oferta
as mais diversas, em prejuízo à qualidade dessa formação. Para argumentar nessa
direção, optou-se pelo paradigma de investigação qualitativo, de natureza teórica. As
fontes e os dados analisados permitiram inferir haver no país uma política de
formação de professores caracterizada pela excepcionalidade, pela descontinuidade
e sem o amparo de um sistema nacional minimamente articulado e orgânico de
educação.

Abstract:
In this text, we analyze some of the contradictions inherent to the policies
for the education of teachers in Brazil. The obligation of graduate level education to
work in the elementary education teaching has created a competition for the bachelor
degrees courses, undertaken by educational institutions and in the most diverse
forms of modalities, leading to the detriment in terms of quality of this education
level. To argue in this direction, we opted for the paradigm of qualitative investigation
with a theoretical nature. The sources and the data analyzed allow us to infer the
existence in the country of a policy for teacher's education characterized by the
exceptionality, the discontinuity and without the support of a national system of
education minimally articulated and organic.
