CONTEXTUALIZAÇÃO E INTERDISCIPLINARIDADE NO ENSINO DA DISCIPLINA DE QUÍMICA: ESTRATÉGIAS FACILITADORAS DE APRENDIZAGEM
Este trabalho apresenta um relato
de experiência do Projeto de Pesquisa “Os
conhecimentos químicos e o cotidiano: reflexões
e possibilidades de abordagens”, do IFAL. As
atividades foram centradas na utilização de
métodos de ensino onde se predominava a
contextualização da disciplina de química e a
sua interdisciplinaridade com as demais ciências
da natureza. Tais tiveram como objetivo servir
de alternativa aos processos tradicionais de
construção do conhecimento, visando despertar
o interesse dos educandos pela matéria e
conteúdos envolvidos. Percebeu-se que, muitas
vezes, a utilização de estratégias tradicionais pode
contribuir fortemente para a falta de interesse de
alunos e professores. Assim, novas metodologias
e estratégias de ensino são fundamentais no
estabelecimento de uma nova perspectiva para
o ensino e a aprendizagem. Nesse sentido,
destaca-se a importância de o docente lançar
mão de atividades diferentes daquelas utilizadas
tradicionalmente, fazendo correlações com o
dia a dia do aluno e com as demais áreas do
conhecimento, de modo que o educando possa
sentir-se estimulado e envolvido com o conteúdo
que se deseja transmitir.

Abstract:
This paper presents an experience
report of the Research Project “The chemical
knowledge and the daily: reflections and
approaches of possibilities,” the IFAL. The activities
were focused on the use of teaching methods
where predominated the context of chemistry
discipline and its interdisciplinary with the other natural sciences. These were intended to serve as an alternative to traditional processes
of construction of knowledge, aiming to arouse the interest of students in the subject and
involved content. It was noticed that, often, the use of traditional strategies can greatly
contribute to the lack of interest of students and teachers. Thus, new methodologies and
teaching strategies are essential in establishing a new approach to teaching and learning.
In this sense, it highlights the importance of the teacher to resort to activities other than
those traditionally used, making correlations with the daily life of the student and with other
areas of knowledge, so that the student can feel stimulated and involved with the content
that you want to convey.
