CONTEXTOS DE VULNERABILIDADES À VIOLÊNCIA CONFIGURADOS NO CAMPO DE TRABALHO DE MULHERES PROFISSIONAIS DO SEXO
Objetivou-se analisar as vulnerabilidades e violências vivenciadas por mulheres profissionais do sexo no ambiente de trabalho. O estudo constituiu-se de uma pesquisa de campo descritiva, por meio de uma abordagem mista e realizada com 158 mulheres profissionais do sexo. Os resultados evidenciaram que 34% das participantes sofreram algum tipo de violência. Destas, 85,2% alegam ter sofrido violência verbal, física (33%) e sexual (7,4%). Dentre os fatores associados, a estar sujeita a violência e o chefe como perpetrador, estão o grau de escolaridade (p=0,022; p=0,048), enquanto raça/cor esteve associada à violência física (p=0,023). A vulnerabilidade individual foi compreendida por aspectos emocionais, cognitivos, comportamentais e percepção de risco frente às situações do ambiente de trabalho. Os componentes da vulnerabilidade social foram caracterizados pela violência de gênero, quebras na relação com clientes, práticas sexuais não acordadas e ambiente de risco. Já a vulnerabilidade programática foi identificada nas situações de acesso aos dispositivos de saúde e serviços de segurança pública. Concluiu-se que essas mulheres estão inseridas em contextos de vulnerabilidades, traduzidos em diversas formas de violência e implicados em dimensões individuais, sociais e programáticas.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to analyze the vulnerabilities of the working context experienced by female sex workers in relation to violence suffered in the work environment. The study consisted of a descriptive field study, using a quantitative-qualitative approach and carried out with 158 female sex workers. The results showed that of the participating sex workers, most reported not having suffered any type of violence, although 34% were victims. Of these, 85.2% reported verbal, physical (33%) and sexual violence (7.4%). Among the associated factors, the subjection of violence and the boss as perpetrator are the degree of schooling (p = 0.022, p = 0.048), whereas race/color was associated with physical violence (p = 0.023). The components of social vulnerability were characterized by gender-based violence, breach in clients' relationships, unsatisfied sexual practices, and a risky environment. Individual vulnerability was understood by emotional, cognitive, behavioral and risk perception aspects of the work environment. Programmatic vulnerability was identified in situations of access to health devices (STD / AIDS prevention programs) and security services. It was concluded that these sex workers are inserted in contexts of vulnerability, translated into various forms of violence and perpetrators, and implicated in social, individual and programmatic dimensions
