CONTEXTO DE CONSTRUÇÃO DE VÍNCULO ENTRE OS PAIS E O RECÉM-NASCIDO INTERNADO EM UTI-NEONATAL
A necessidade da internação do RN na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal (UTIN) dificulta a formação do vínculo afetivo entre pais e filhos. A chegada de um recém-nascido prematuro em UTIN é parte do cotidiano da equipe de saúde atuante no setor. Porém para as famílias é uma condição adversa e até mesmo traumática, pois trata-se de um ambiente cheio de estímulos, muitas vezes considerados agressivos. O objetivo compreender como se dá a formação do vínculo afetivo entre recém-nascidos prematuros com os pais na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. O estudo tem como referencial teórico a Teoria do Vínculo e metodológico a Grounded Theory. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, de caráter descritivo, exploratório e explicativo. Teve como contexto a Unidade de terapia Intensiva Neonatal de um hospital universitário do sul do Brasil. A UTIN foi reconhecida pelos pais como um ambiente hostil, em que o temor da perda do filho se faz presente, em que se vive um tempo de expectativas e da materialidade da perda do filho perfeito esperado. Concluiu-se que o cuidado de enfermagem deve ser baseado na compreensão do outro, na interação social, no acolhimento, na partilha das angústias dos pais que têm seus filhos internados na UTIN como forma de auxiliá-los na construção do vínculo afetivo entre pais e filhos. Entende-se que cada elemento dessa relação tem seu papel e sua importância, sejam eles os pais, os profissionais ou os pacientes.

Abstract:
The need for the NB to be hospitalized in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) makes it difficult to form an affective bond between parents and children. The arrival of a premature newborn in the NICU is part of the daily routine of the health team working in the sector. However, for families it is an adverse and even traumatic condition, as it is an environment full of stimuli, often considered aggressive. The objective is to understand how the formation of the affective bond between premature newborns with their parents takes place in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The study has as theoretical reference the Theory of Bond and methodological the Grounded Theory. This is a qualitative, descriptive, exploratory and explanatory research. The context was the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a university hospital in southern Brazil. The NICU was recognized by parents as a hostile environment, in which the fear of losing the child is present, in which there is a time of expectations and the materiality of the loss of the expected perfect child. It was concluded that nursing care must be based on understanding the other, on social interaction, on welcoming, on sharing the anxieties of parents who have their children hospitalized in the NICU as a way of helping them to build an affective bond between parents and sons. It is understood that each element of this relationship has its role and importance, be they parents, professionals or patients.
