CONSUMO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS PSICOATIVAS ENTRE PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM NO ÂMBITO DO TRABALHO
Com o objetivo descrever sobre a predisposição e consumo de substâncias psicoativas entre os profissionais de enfermagem, destaca-se a importância de identificar os fatores que influenciam e favorecem esse consumo, aliada a condição de trabalho. Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura, através de artigos encontrados nas bases de dados SCIELO, LILACS, onde foram encontrados 32 artigos, dos quais foram selecionados 16 artigos para o desenvolvimento do presente trabalho. A maioria dos profissionais possui conhecimento das ações das drogas existentes nas instituições de saúde, o que facilita o acesso fácil para a automedicação. Essa pratica de usar automedicar-se pode proporcionar alivio das dores, porem pode acarretar efeitos colaterais indesejável. Conclui-se que os profissionais de enfermagem devem ter condições dignas de trabalho e bem-estar para que os mesmos possam estar saudáveis, para ofertar um trabalho integro e aprimorado ao cuidado, isso reduz o consumo de substâncias e melhora a qualidade na assistência.

Abstract:
With the objective of describing the pre-disposition and consumption of psychoactive substances among nursing professionals, the importance of identifying the factors that influence and favor this consumption, together with the working condition, is highlighted. This is a literature review, through articles found in the SCIELO, LILACS databases, where 32 articles were found, of which 16 articles were selected for the development of this work. Most professionals are aware of the actions of drugs existing in health institutions, which facilitates easy access to self-medication. This practice of using self-medication can provide pain relief, but it can cause undesirable side effects. It is concluded that nursing professionals must have decent working conditions and well-being so that they can be healthy, to offer an integrated and improved care work, this reduces the consumption of substances and improves the quality of care.
