Consulta de Enfermagem em Puericultura na Estratégia de Saúde da Família
A Consulta de Enfermagem em Puericultura na Estratégia Saúde da Família é um conjunto de ações com base científica que orientam o enfermeiro no cuidado integral com a saúde da criança. O objetivo do presente estudo é apontar a qualidade dos registros realizados no prontuário da criança pelo enfermeiro(a); verificar a conformidade do seguimento do calendário de consultas preconizado pelo Ministério da Saúde no primeiro ano de vida; indicar as condições de saúde das crianças acompanhadas na ESF nos dois primeiros anos de vida. Trata-se de um estudo transversal e descritivo, que foi realizado na Estratégia de Saúde da Família Maria Eugênia de Araguari (MG), a partir de novembro de 2021. Para responder ao objetivo da pesquisa foi realizado análise de prontuário de crianças de zero a dois anos. Utilizou-se para análise dos dados quantitativos a estatística descritiva simples, na qual os dados foram registrados no Software Excel (versão 2016 para Windows) e expressos em porcentagem através de gráficos e para a parte qualitativa foi utilizado Análise de Conteúdo segundo Bardin. A partir dos resultados obtidos nesta pesquisa foi criado a seguinte categoria, análise de prontuário de Crianças até dois anos de idade. Conforme a pesquisa realizada, conclui-se que o papel do Enfermeiro na Consulta de Enfermagem em Puericultura é de suma relevância no acompanhamento do crescimento e desenvolvimento da criança.

Abstract:
The Child Care Nursing Consultation in the Family Health Strategy is a set of scientifically based actions that guide nurses in the integral care of the child's health. The objective of the present study is to point out the quality of the records made in the child's medical record by the nurse; verify compliance with the follow-up of the consultation schedule recommended by the Ministry of Health in the first year of life; indicate the health conditions of the children monitored at the FHS in the first two years of life. This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study, which was carried out in the Maria Eugênia Family Health Strategy, Araguari (MG), from November 2021. In order to respond to the objective of the research, an analysis of the medical records of children aged zero to two years was carried out. Simple descriptive statistics were used for the analysis of quantitative data, in which the data were recorded in Excel Software (version 2016 for Windows) and expressed in percentage through graphics and for the qualitative part, Content Analysis according to Bardin was used. Based on the results obtained in this research, the following category was created, analysis of the medical records of Children up to two years of age. According to the research carried out, it is concluded that the role of the Nurse in the Child Care Nursing Consultation is of paramount importance in monitoring the growth and development of the child.
