Construindo Pontes Entre o Empreendedorismo Coletivo e os Arranjos Produtivos Locais: Uma Discussão Teórica
O presente ensaio tem o
objetivo de compreender os conceitos de
Empreendedorismo Coletivo e Arranjos
Produtivos Locais (APLs), bem como a relação
que pode ser estabelecida entre eles. Os
APLs podem ser vistos como aglomerações
de empreendimentos compreendidos em
um mesmo território, e que mantém vínculos
de articulação, interação, cooperação e
aprendizagem entre si e com outros atores
locais. Da mesma forma, o empreendedorismo
coletivo ocorre quando há uma ação conjunta,
num processo de cooperação e troca entre
os envolvidos. Sendo assim, pode-se dizer
que o ambiente de um APL é um facilitador da
ocorrência desta forma de empreendedorismo,
o que contribui não apenas para o
desenvolvimento das empresas que integram o
arranjo, a partir de uma maior sinergia, aumento
da produtividade e troca de conhecimento,
como para o desenvolvimento do território como
um todo.

Abstract:
This theoretical essay aims
to understand the concepts of Collective
Entrepreneurship and Local Productive
Arrangements (APLs), as well as the relationship
that can be established between them. APLs
can be seen as enterprise agglomerations within
a common territory and that maintain bonds of
articulation, interaction, cooperation and learning among themselves and other local
actors. In the same way, collective entrepreneurship occurs when there is joint action,
in a process of cooperation and exchange between the ones involved. Thus, the
environment of an APL can be seen as an enabler of the occurrence of this kind of
entrepreneurship, which contributes not only to the development of the companies
that are part of the arrangement, from a greater synergy, increased productivity and
knowledge exchange, as well as for the development of the territory as a whole.
