CONSTRUÇÕES MITOLÓGICAS NA POLÍTICA: A DISPUTA PAULISTANA ENTRE PSDB x PT NAS ELEIÇÕES MUNICIPAIS DE 2016
O cenário político nacional teve
forte influência nos pleitos municipais de 2016.
Investigações variadas sobre corrupção, suas
reverberação midiáticas e as manifestações
populares culminaram no processo de
impeachment da presidenta Dilma Roussef,
cindiram o país e polarizaram a população,
que percebeu na classe política as causas
do retrocesso nacional ocasionados pela
corrupção e pela gestão ineficiente. Nas eleições
paulistanas este cenário foi representado no
HGPE, a demonstrar como este mecanismo
de comunicação eleitoral tornou-se espelho
e vitrine do momento político nacional que
prega a bandeira da ética, mesmo que esta
seja relativizada de modo a atender interesses
particulares. Este artigo valeu-se de análise de
conteúdo e semiótica para evidenciar como o
posicionamento dos candidatos foi influenciado
pela cena nacional.

Abstract:
The nationwide political scene had
a strong influence on the 2016 cities elections. A
range of investigations on corruption, its media
reverberations and popular claims culminated
in the impeachment process of president Dilma
Roussef, which split the country and polarized
the population, who perceived in the political
class the causes of national retrocession caused
by corruption and inefficient management.
In São Paulo city elections, this scenario was
represented in the HGPE and demonstrate how
this mechanism of electoral communication
became a mirror and showcase of the national
political moment that preaches the banner of
ethics, even if it is relativized in order to serve
particular interests. This article was based on
content analysis and semiotics to evidence how the positioning of the candidates was
influenced by the national scene.
