CONSTITUINDO UM ESPAÇO DE RELAÇÃO ENTRE O INSTITUCIONALISMO E O MARXISMO ALTHUSSERIANO
Desde a configuração inicial do movimento institucionalista na França da década de 1960, o campo da análise institucional tem dirigido sua atenção aos processos de autoanálise e autogestão nas comunidades, nos coletivos, nos conjuntos de pessoas (BAREMBLITT, 1992, p. 14). Para se realizar uma análise da instituição, entretanto, tem-se considerado como essencial a condução de uma análise de implicação, que diz respeito ao exame das relações que os indivíduos desenvolvem e mantêm com a instituição (MONCEAU, 2008, p. 21). Leva-se em conta, nesse sentido, que cada indivíduo é, por assim dizer, “tomado” pela instituição, o que significa que o efeito da normatividade institucional sobre os membros da comunidade se dá, pelo menos em parte, por uma relação de assujeitamento constituída em nível inconsciente. No presente trabalho, exploramos o interesse do marxismo althusseriano – especialmente em sua extensão na filosofia da linguagem, operada por Michel Pêcheux –, para a investigação do mecanismo de assujeitamento por meio do qual se constitui a relação existente entre indivíduo e instituição. Dado o caráter teórico da investigação, conduzimos nossa reflexão mediante a confrontação de alguns textos fundacionais e de uso indispensável para a problemática que aqui tematizamos. Em nosso percurso, identificamos a possibilidade de uma contribuição dos estudos althusserianos para o institucionalismo na equivalência que estabelecem entre as instituições e os Aparelhos de Estado. A partir daí, localizamos uma possível convergência entres os referidos campos relativa ao efeito de subjetividade que as instituições exercem sobre os que têm sua atividade por elas regulada.

Abstract:
Since the early configuration of the institutionalist movement in France during the 1960s, the field of institutional analysis has focused its attention on processes of self-analysis and self-management in communities, collectives, groups of people. To carry out an analysis of the institution, however, it has been considered essential to conduct an implication analysis, which concerns the examination of the relationships between individuals and institution. In this sense, it is considered that each individual is, so to speak, "taken" by the institution, which means the effect of institutional normativity on members of the community is given, at least in part, by a relationship of subjection constituted on an unconscious level. In the present work, we explore the interest of althusserian marxism – especially in its extension in philosophy of language, operated by Michel Pêcheux – towards the investigation of the mechanism of subjection from which the relationship between the individual and the institution is shaped. Given the theoretical nature of our investigation, this work was conducted based on the confrontation of some foundational texts regarding our subject matter. As a result, we have identified the possibility of a contribution of althusserian studies to institutionalism related to the correspondence they establish between institutions and State Apparatuses. From there, we pointed out a possible convergence between these fields concerning the effect of subjectivity exerted by institutions on those whose activities are regulated by them.
