CONSTITUIÇÕES DO BRASIL REPÚBLICA: O TRABALHADOR COMO CIDADÃO DE DIREITO À SAÚDE
O presente estudo busca na história
das constituições do Brasil República a inserção
do trabalhador como cidadão de direito à
saúde. Assim, pretendeu-se verificar em que
momento da criação das constituições do país
o trabalhador passou a ser visto como um
cidadão de direito fundamental- direito à saúde
- e saúde do trabalho. Para a continuidade e
efetividade do estudo foram formulados como
objetivo geral: identificar através do estudo
das constituições do Brasil República quando
o trabalhador passa a ser visto como cidadão
de direito à saúde; e objetivos específicos:
verificar nas constituições do Brasil República
(1891 a 1988) a inserção do direito à saúde ao
trabalhador; conhecer a relação do contexto
socioeconômico do país e do trabalhador
no momento da criação das constituições.
Foi utilizada como metodologia a pesquisa
qualitativa, descritiva, também utilizando como
métodos: pesquisa documental e textual,
análise do conteúdo. Como resultado pode-se
verificar dentro do estudo das constituições do
Brasil República a dificuldade da inserção do
trabalhador, principalmente como cidadão de
direito à saúde, esta dificuldade é potencializada
quando se relaciona ao contexto da época
de criação das constituições evidenciando a
realidade em que o trabalhador e trabalho estão
inseridos, ou quando estabelecido algum direito,
este vem acompanhado de algum interesse
político

Abstract:
The present study searches in the
history of the constitutions of Brazil Republic
the insertion of the worker as citizen of right
to health. Thus, it was tried to verify in which
moment of the creation of the constitutions of
the country the worker happened to be seen as
a citizen of fundamental right - right to health -
and health of the work. For the continuity and
effectiveness of the study were formulated as a
general objective: to identify through the study
of the constitutions of Brazil Republic when the
worker happens to be seen as citizen of right to
health; and specific objectives: to verify in the
constitutions of Brazil Republic (1891 to 1988)
the insertion of the right to health to the worker; to
know the relation of the socioeconomic context
of the country and of the worker at the moment of the creation of the constitutions. The
methodology used was qualitative and descriptive research, also using as methods:
documentary and textual research, content analysis. As a result, it is possible to verify
within the study of the constitutions of Brazil Republic the difficulty of insertion of the
worker, especially as a citizen of the right to health, this difficulty is enhanced when it
is related to the context of the creation time of the constitutions evidencing the reality
in which the worker and work are inserted, or when established some right, this comes
accompanied by some political interest.
