CONSTITUCIONALISMO EM REDE: A ARGENTINA E O MEIO AMBIENTE
O presente trabalho analisa, a partir dos conceitos de constitucionalismo transformador e Ius Constitucionale Comune na América Latina (ICCAL), a pertinência de um “constitucionalismo em rede” na América Latina para criação e sustentação de standarts mínimos de proteção ambiental. Examina, também, como a Argentina se comporta em relação ao direito internacional e direito comparado em matéria ambiental, tanto no âmbito do direito positivo interno como na jurisprudência da Corte Suprema.

Abstract:
The present work analyzes, from the concepts of transformational constitutionalism and Ius Constitucionale Comune in Latin America (ICCAL), the relevance of a “network constitutionalism” in Latin America for the creation and support of minimum standards of environmental protection. It also examines how Argentina behaves in relation to international law and comparative law in environmental matters, both within the scope of positive domestic law and in the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court.
