CONSOLIDAÇÃO DA CONFIABILIDADE DO INDICADOR DE DISPONIBILIDADE UTILIZADO NO PROCESSO DE PLANEJAMENTO E CONTROLE DA MANUTENÇÃO
Trabalho elaborado na área da gestão de manutenção de uma empresa
prestadora de serviço que é responsável pela Estação de Tratamento de Água (ETA)
e Estação de Tratamento de Esgoto (ETE) em uma empresa siderúrgica localizada
no interior de Minas Gerais. Foi feito um estudo de caso com o intuito de melhorar
as informações relacionadas à gestão de manutenção, mais precisamente do
indicador de disponibilidade dos equipamentos considerados críticos pelas duas
áreas produtivas: manutenção e operação. A pesquisa se propôs melhorar e tornar
mais confiável o indicador de disponibilidade, para isso foram tomadas ações de
correção e melhoria, já que é de suma importância a veracidade dessas
informações para tomada de decisão. Com o auxílio de ferramentas da qualidade
como brainstorming, Pareto e 5W1H, elaborou-se um plano de ação, designou-se
responsáveis e determinou-se o tempo para aplicar as propostas de melhorias, em
busca da melhor satisfação e operação da planta e disponibilidade de informações
concretas e confiáveis. Após a implantação dessa iniciativa, ilustrou-se os ganhos
diretos e indiretos que a organização obteve com o trabalho de melhoria.

Abstract:
This Work was conducted in the area of maintenance management of a
service provider company that is responsible for water treatment plant and effluent
treatment plant in a steel company located in minas gerais. Thus, this article
presents a case study in order to show the improvement of the information related
to maintenance management, more precisely the indicator of availability of
equipment considered critical by the two production areas: maintenance and
operation. The Research aimed to improve and make more reliable the indicator of
availability so that corrective and improvement actions were applied, since it is very
important the veracity of this information for decision making. By using some of the
quality tools such as brainstorming. Pareto and 5W1H, a plan of action was
elaborated through which was designated responsibles and determined the time to
implement the proposed improvements, in order to accomplish the best satisfaction
and plant operation besides the availability of concrete and reliable information. All
in all, after the implementation of this initiative, it was possible to notice meaningful
direct and indirect gains that the organization obtained with this improvement work.
