Considerações sobre o impacto da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados na Pesquisa
Este trabalho buscou analisar a redação da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) - Lei nº 13.709/2018 no que se refere a pesquisa acadêmica, apresentando incongruências que impossibilitam a exata compreensão do artigo 4º, inciso II, alínea “b”, desta legislação, bem como pretendeu apresentar a relação existente entre este diploma legal e a Resolução nº 196/96, do Conselho Nacional da Saúde-CNS, aprimorada pela Resolução nº 466/12, que traz diretrizes éticas para pesquisa envolvendo seres humanos.

Abstract:
This work sought to analyze the wording of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) - Law nº 13.709/2018 with regard to academic research, presenting inconsistencies that make it impossible to understand the exact article 4, item II, item “b”, of this legislation, as well as intended to present the relationship between this legal diploma and Resolution nº 196/96, of the National Health Council-CNS, enhanced by Resolution nº 466/12, which brings ethical guidelines for research involving human beings.
