CONSIDERAÇÕES HISTÓRICAS E SOCIAIS DO ÁLBUM ILLUSTRADO DE GOYANNA: 1921-2021.
Este trabalho apresenta interpretações no percurso centenário da cidade de Goiana-PE a partir da segunda década do século XX, destacando aspectos da sociedade local, no recorte temporal do período 1921 a 2021 associando o desenvolvimento social a questões da atualidade. Temos por objetivo realizar um estudo comparativo do município de Goiana-PE entre o século XX e XXI, expondo mudanças, permanências ou transformações ocorridas durante o centenário. O enfoque metodológico segue os parâmetros de uma pesquisa qualitativa e bibliográfica, com viés descritivo/explicativo, tendo como base para análise dos dados o Álbum Illustrado Goyanna, impresso, (1921). Argumentamos em nossas exposições conceitos de autores que pesquisam sobre a história de Goiana, como Oliveira (2010), Nascimento (1996), Sena (2007), Santos Júnior (2019), relativizando os conceitos de Durval Júnior (2007), Norbert Elias (1994), Stuart Hall (2015), Alfred Schuzt (2012) e Antoine Prost (2012). Os campos de estudos das Ciências Humanas favorecem o debate e a interdisciplinaridade de conhecimentos para que possamos cada vez mais relacionar o presente com o passado, propondo reflexões de como éramos, o que somos e do que queremos ser.

Abstract:
This work presents interpretations on the centenary journey of the city of Goiana-PE from the second decade of the twentieth century, highlighting aspects of local society, in the time frame of the period 1921 to 2021 associating social development to current issues. We aim to carry out a comparative study of the municipality of Goiana-PE between the 20th and 21st centuries, exposing changes, permanences or transformations that occurred during the centenary. The methodological approach follows the parameters of a qualitative and bibliographic research, with a descriptive / explanatory bias, based on the data analysis the Album Illustrado Goyanna, printed, (1921). In our exhibitions, we argue the concepts of authors who research the history of Goiana, such as Oliveira (2010), Nascimento (1996), Sena (2007), Santos Júnior (2019), putting Durval Júnior (2007), Norbert Elias (1994), Stuart Hall (2015), Alfred Schuzt (2012) and Antoine Prost (2012). The fields of study of Human Sciences favor the debate and interdisciplinarity of knowledge so that we can increasingly relate the present with the past, proposing reflections on how we were, what we are and what we want to be.
