CONSELHO ESCOLAR, INSTRUMENTO DA DEMOCRACIA: DIAGNÓSTICO DA GESTÃO COLEGIADA NO COLÉGIO ESTADUAL DE BRUMADO
O presente trabalho relata uma pesquisa em andamento que investiga a atuação do Conselho Escolar do Colégio Estadual de Brumado, tendo como objetivo demonstrar a importância da participação desse órgão colegiado nas decisões participativas da escola e os seus efeitos nos resultados efetivos da aprendizagem dos alunos, e ainda a influência que a gestão democrática da escola pode inspirar na comunidade local para construir o aprendizado do exercício da democracia bem como incentivar e legitimar ações interinstitucionais de desenvolvimento local sustentável. A metodologia é de caráter qualitativo, utilizando como coleta de dados questionários com alunos, professores e funcionários pertencentes ao conselho, bem como entrevista semiestruturada. Quanto aos resultados espera-se levantar dados suficientes para compor um conjunto de informações necessárias para uma conclusão, interpretativa, sobre a atuação do órgão colegiado nas decisões da gestão administrativa e financeira da escola, assim como na construção e implementação do projeto político pedagógico do colégio pesquisado.

Abstract:
This paper reports an ongoing research that investigates the performance of the School Council of the Brumado State College, aiming for objective to demonstrate the importance of the participation of this collegiate body in the participative decisions of the school and its effects on the effective learning outcomes of the students. and the influence that the democratic management of the school can inspire in the local community to build the learning of the exercise of democracy as well as to encourage and legitimize interinstitutional actions of sustainable local development. The methodology is qualitative, using as data collection questionnaires with students, teachers and staff members of the council, as well as semi-structured interview. As for the results it is expected to raise enough data to compose a set of information necessary for an interpretative conclusion about the performance of the collegiate body in the decisions of the school's administrative and financial management, as well as in the construction and implementation of the school's pedagogical political project. searched.
