CONSELHO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO ECONÔMICO: CONTRIBUIÇÕES E AÇÕES PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO REGIONAL DE MARINGÁ - PR
O objetivo deste estudo é verificar as ações sociais e contribuições do CODEM para o desenvolvimento do município de Maringá (PR), a luz da Teoria da Ação Social de Max Weber. Trata-se de uma pesquisa que utiliza a abordagem qualitativa, realizada por meio de entrevista individual em profundidade e análise de conteúdo, aplicada a atores relacionados a sociedade civil organizada e ao CODEM. As entrevistas se propuseram a examinar, sob a ótica desses agentes, as motivações das ações que levam a atuação no Conselho, bem como as contribuições das ações realizadas para o desenvolvimento socioeconômico de Maringá. Nesse sentido, os principais resultados apontaram que os principais fatores motivadores dos agentes a desenvolverem ações no Conselho está relacionado a valores deixados pelos pioneiros, do amor pela cidade, trabalho conjunto, participativo, planejamento, sendo copilado na expressão “maringaísmo”. Em relação aos resultados, percebe-se que o envolvimento efetivo do CODEM na cidade de Maringá, vem modificando a qualidade de vida de seus moradores, pois o desenvolvimento traz consigo uma cidade melhor no âmbito social, cultural e econômico.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to verify the social actions and contributions of CODEM to the development of the city of Maringá (PR), in the light of Max Weber's Theory of Social Action. This is a research that uses a qualitative approach, carried out through in-depth individual interviews and content analysis, applied to actors related to organized civil society and CODEM. The interviews aimed to examine, from the perspective of these agents, the motivations of the actions that lead to acting on the Council, as well as the contributions of the actions carried out for the socioeconomic development of Maringá. In this sense, the main results showed that the main motivating factors of agents to develop actions in the Council is related to values left by the pioneers, love for the city, joint work, participatory, planning, being compiled in the expression “maringaísmo”. Regarding the results, it is clear that the effective involvement of CODEM in the city of Maringá has been changing the quality of life of its residents, as development brings with it a better city in the social, cultural and economic sphere.
