CONHECIMENTO E PRÁTICA DOS ACADÊMICOS DE ENFERMAGEM SOBRE O CUIDADO PRESTADO A PESSOA PORTADORA DE LESÃO DE PELE
Desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa transversal, de caráter descritivo simples, com abordagem quali-quantitativa, com os objetivos de: identificar o grau de conhecimento dos acadêmicos de enfermagem de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior do Estado do Tocantins, em relação à assistência prestada a pessoas portadoras de lesão de pele; levantar a compreensão quanto a classificação das feridas; relacionar o conhecimento dos acadêmicos que vivenciaram o estágio de Módulo de Pratica Supervisionado em Semiotécnica em uma Clínica de Enfermagem, com os que não tiveram essa oportunidade; elucidar as dificuldades apontadas pelos alunos na classificação das lesões. A amostra foi composta por 50 discentes de enfermagem. Os resultados evidenciaram que a maioria dos acadêmicos entrevistados realizou estágio na clínica de enfermagem, dentre os que não passaram por esse campo de prática, houve 4 % que relatou não ter realizado curativo, na graduação até o momento. Comparou-se o aprendizado dos dois grupos e constatou-se que os alunos que realizaram estágio na Clínica obtiveram maior percentual de acertos nas questões relacionadas a etiologia, grau de contaminação e cicatrização. As principais dificuldades citadas foram: identificar os tipos de tecidos presentes na lesão e classificar o percentual dos mesmos. Com a realização do estudo, concluiu-se que a clínica de enfermagem, oferece uma oportunidade diferenciada de aprendizagem na temática.

Abstract:
A cross-sectional research was developed, with a simple descriptive character, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, with the objectives of identifying the degree of knowledge of nursing students at a Higher Education Institution in the State of Tocantins, in relation to the assistance provided to people carriers of skin lesions; raise the understanding regarding the classification of wounds; to relate the knowledge of academics who have experienced the Supervised Practice Module in Semiotics at a Nursing Clinic, with those who have not had this opportunity; elucidate the difficulties pointed out by students in classifying injuries. The sample consisted of 50 nursing students. The results showed that the majority of the interviewed students underwent an internship at the nursing clinic, among those who did not go through this field of practice, there were 4% who reported not having applied a bandage at the time of graduation. The learning of the two groups was compared and it was found that students who underwent an internship at the Clinic obtained a higher percentage of correct answers on issues related to etiology, degree of contamination and healing. The main difficulties cited were identifying the types of tissues present in the lesion and classifying their percentage. With the completion of the study, it was concluded that the nursing clinic offers a differentiated learning opportunity on the subject.
