CONDIÇÕES ABIÓTICAS E BIÓTICAS NA PRODUÇÃO DE ÓLEO E PROTEÍNA
Tão somente a genética intrínseca às culturas oleaginosas é a única responsável pela alta variabilidade de teores de óleo e proteína nas diferentes cultivares ao redor do mundo? Ou, fatores como: influência climática da época de semeadura, suprimento de Enxofre (S) e, influência da calagem e da adubação, são tão importantes como os fatores genéticos? E os fatores Bióticos? Neste sentido, o objetivo do presente trabalho é realizar uma ampla revisão bibliográfica sobre a influência de algumas condições ambientais e bióticas na produção de óleo e proteína na canola, girassol e amendoim. Pode-se verificar a relação existente entre o ambiente e os teores de óleo e proteína nestas culturas. Dependendo das condições ambientais esta inter-relação pode ser positiva ou negativa nestas culturas.

Abstract:
Is the genetic intrinsic to oilseed crops exclusively responsible for the high variability of oil and protein contents in different cultivars around the world? Or, factors such as: climatic influence at the time of sowing, sulfur supply (S) and, influence of liming and fertilization, are as important as genetic factors? And the Biotic factors? In this sense, the objective of the present work is to carry out a wide bibliographic review on the influence of some environmental and biotic conditions in the production of oil and protein in canola, sunflower and peanuts. One can verify the relationship between the environment and the oil and protein levels in these cultures. Depending on the environmental conditions, this interrelation can be positive or negative in these cultures.
