CONCEPÇÃO DE DIREITOS HUMANOS E VIOLAÇÕES DESSES DIREITOS NA ATUALIDADE
Diante de cenários atuais conflituosos
em torno das questões de direitos humanos,
em vários meios da sociedade no mundo, voltar
a origem e compreender a abordagem do tema
pela filósofa Hannah Arendth pode nos ajuda a
direcionar para práticas educativas propositivas
na questão. Seu livro publicado há meio século
correlaciona vários anos de teoria política,
embasada nos filosóficos clássicos e foram
refletidos na sua práxis em muitos períodos que
transformaram o século XX. Assim o objetivo é
apresentar algumas contribuições sobre direito,
igualdade e liberdade à luz da teoria política
da filósofa Hannah Arendt, afim de possamos
pensar em outras alternativas educativas em
direitos humanos. Temas como migrações,
trabalho análogo a escravidão e povos indígenas
nos ajudam a compreender como o conceito
chegou até nossos dias, com leituras de autores
contemporâneos. Consideramos sobremaneira
a importância de tecermos tais reflexões para
uma formulação de uma Educação em Direitos
Humanos.

Abstract:
Faced with the conflicting current
sceneries around human rights issues, in several
social spheres around the world, coming back
to the origin and understand the approach of the
subject by the philosopher Hannah Arendth can
help us to guide to the educational propositional
practices into the issue. Her book published half
a century ago correlates several years of political
theory, based in classical philosophies and they
were reflected in her praxis in many periods that
changed the twentieth century. In this manner,
the aim is to submit for consideration some
contributions about law, equality and freedom
in accordance with the philosopher Hannah
Arendt’s political theory, so that we can think
about in other educational ways in human rights.
Subjects such as migrations, resembling work
to the slavery and indigenous peoples help us to
understand how the concept got into today, with
contemporary authors’ readings. We consider the relevance about such reflections for
an elaboration of a Human Rights Education.
