CONCEPÇÃO DA LINGUÍSTICA APLICADA EM UM PROJETO DE CURSO DE PÓS GRADUAÇÃO
Os currículos são documentos políticos e educacionais que orientam todo o conjunto de atividades didáticas de ensino e aprendizagem. Tomando por base os estudos sobre currículo (JESUS, 2012; KLEIMAN, 2013) e os estudos sobre a Linguística Aplicada (LA) e levando em consideração a confusão entre LA e aplicação de linguística (MOITA LOPES, 2006; MENEZES; SILVA, 2009; PENNYCOOK, 1998), essa pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar o currículo da pós graduação Latu Sensu em LA da Universidade do Estado da Bahia, UNEB, Campus XVIII – Eunápolis e identificar se as ementas das disciplinas desse currículo atendem aos conceitos da Linguística Aplicada, que tem como finalidade a defesa da descolonização do conhecimento e pluralidade dos sujeitos. Utilizamos a pesquisa qualitativa (FLICK, 2009) como método investigativo e, para a análise, nos valemos de conceitos sobre análise de documentos (CASANOVA, 2006), que representa uma fonte natural de informações fornecidas em qualquer contexto. As análises evidenciam a) que o referido curso apresenta em suas disciplinas descrições que não atendem à concepção de LA e b) percebemos que, apesar de léxicos próprios da área, a finalidade da disciplina volta-se a um modelo estruturalista. Apostamos, com isso, na necessidade urgente de agregar a esse currículo uma concepção de LA que considera as vozes daqueles que vivem as práticas sociais que a LA tem como objeto de investigação (MOITA LOPES, 2006).

Abstract:
The curricula are politic and educational documents that guide all didatic activity of teaching and learning. Based on studies about curricula (JESUS, 2012; KLEIMAN, 2013), Applied Linguistic researches and considering the misconception about Applied Linguistic (AL) and application of Linguistic (MOITA LOPES, 2006; MENEZES; SILVA, 2009; PENNYCOOK, 1998), this research goals to analyse the curriculum of a postgraduate course in AL at State University of Bahia, Campus XVIII – Eunápolis and to identify if the subject programs correspond to concepts of Applied Linguistic, that purposes the defense of knowledge decolonization and plurality of people. We used qualitative research (FLICK, 2009) and document analysis (CASANOVA, 2006) that represents a natural source of information provided in any context. The analysis point that a) the postgraduate course does not show in its subjects an updated conceiving about AL and b) it was noticed that although lexicon of AL be used, the objective of the subject has a structuralist model. So, there is an urgent need to add to this curricullum an AL conceiving that considerates the the voices of those who live the social practices that AL has as an object of investigation (MOITA LOPES, 2006).
