CONCEITO DE REFÚGIO E AMPARO LEGAL: ALGUMAS PROBLEMATIZAÇÕES
Perante movimentos migratórios e suas problemáticas sociais, esta reflexão teórica tem por objetivo relatar o aparato histórico que envolve as convenções internacionais e a legislação nacional direcionadas às pessoas em situação de refúgio. As expressões da questão social, objeto de trabalho do assistente social, são evidentes na situação de refúgio.

Abstract:
Towards migratory movements and their social problems, this theoretical reflection aims to report the historical apparatus that involves international conventions and national legislation directed to people in situations of refuge. The expressions of the social issues, object of work of the social worker, are evident in the situation of refuge.
