COMUNIDADES TRADICIONAIS E REGULARIZAÇÃO FUNDIÁRIA NO SUL DO AMAZONAS
A partir do início do século XXI, intensificou-se na Amazônia, o velho esquema de expansão da fronteira agropecuária, sobretudo a partir das políticas de ordenamento territorial. Esse artigo buscou realizar um estudo etnográfico e comparativo de dinâmicas territoriais em curso no Sul do Amazonas. Tomamos como foco de reflexão áreas que se notabilizaram pela incidência de conflitos sociais associadas à reestruturação do mercado formal de terras. A partir do processo de regularização fundiária das terras comunitárias, investigou-se a relação entre processo de expropriação fundiária e reaquecimento do mercado de terras no Sul do Amazonas.

Abstract:
Since the beginning of the XXI century, it has been intensified in the Amazonia, the old scheme of agriculture's border expansion, about everything about the territorial ordering`s politics. This article sought to accomplish an ethnographic study and comparative of territorials dynamics on course in the south of Amazonas. We took as reflection focus areas that were made famous by the incidence of social conflicts associated to the restructuring of the formal market of lands. Starting from the process of land regularization of the community's land, it has been investigated the relation between expropriation process and reheating of the market on the lands in the south of Amazonas.
