A presente pesquisa objetiva analisar o acesso das pessoas quilombolas à educação por meio da educação a distância. Para tanto, observa-se as leis pertinentes a essas comunidades tradicionais, bem como as dificuldades enfrentadas na prática. Propõe-se uma reflexão sobre os danos causados ao grupo social negro pelo epistemicídio, o genocídio, o projeto de branqueamento e higienização sofridos. Depara-se também com dificuldades práticas e reais para a efetivação da lei no cotidiano dos territórios de comunidades tradicionais quilombolas, pela falta de acesso à tecnologia, suas ferramentas e possibilidades.

  • Abstract: This research aims to analyze the access of quilombola people to education through distance learning. To this end, it examines the laws relevant to these traditional communities, as well as the difficulties faced in practice. It proposes a reflection on the damage caused to the Black social group by epistemicide, genocide, and the whitening and sanitization projects they have suffered. It also addresses practical and real difficulties in the effective implementation of the law in the daily lives of quilombola traditional communities, due to a lack of access to technology, its tools, and possibilities.
