Abstract: This article aims to analyze the importance of 360-degree communication as a strategy for public and private institutions and companies, using a bibliographic methodology. Integrated communication is essential in the current scenario, where information circulates rapidly and interactions are increasingly complex. In this context, adopting a 360-degree communication approach becomes crucial to establish strong relationships with target audiences, strengthen corporate image, and achieve organizational objectives. Institutions and companies need to be aware of the changes in this field, seeking effective strategies that allow them to reach their audiences comprehensively and coherently. 360-degree communication emerges as a response to this need, providing a keen focus on all forms of interaction between the organization and its environment.
