COMPREENSÕES DOS PROFESSORES DE LIBRAS: FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE PARA O ENSINO DE ALUNOS SURDOS
O artigo apresenta as considerações dos professores de Libras que os levaram a optarem e investirem na profissão docente. A pesquisa propôs identificar os motivos que levaram o professor intérprete e o professor instrutor a optarem pela profissão; apreender os saberes necessários e analisar os entendimentos sobre a atuação docente no trabalho com ensino de Libras. A atuação docente requer saberes necessários para o exercício da profissão desenvolvidos na formação inicial e continuada. Alguns estudiosos refletem o ofício da profissão docente, com pesquisas que buscam compreender a sua função nas tarefas cotidianas realizadas na escola. Como procedimento de análise optou-se pela Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 2011), por meio da produção de um memorial descritivo entregue aos professores que atuam com Libras, em uma escola da rede estadual de Santa Catarina. A escola conta com a contratação de professor intérprete de Libras e professor instrutor de Libras para o acompanhamento de um aluno surdo matriculado no Ensino Médio. O professor instrutor de Libras solicitou responder o memorial descritivo em Libras, como sua primeira língua por ser surdo. O episódio contou com o registro da câmera do notebook e substituiu o registro escrito do professor instrutor de Libras, o professor intérprete realizou a tradução da Libras para a Língua Portuguesa. As interpretações dos professores apontaram a relação entre as situações vivenciadas em suas vidas pessoais com a profissional. Os professores revelaram que o principal motivo que os levaram a escolherem sua profissão apresentou relação com episódios de sua infância, referente a necessidade da comunicação em Libras.

Abstract:
The article presents the considerations of Libras teachers who led them to choose and invest in the teaching profession. The research proposed to identify the reasons that led the teacher interpreter and the instructor teacher to choose the profession; apprehend the necessary knowledge and analyze the understandings about the teaching performance in the work with teaching Libras. Teaching performance requires knowledge necessary for the exercise of the profession developed in initial and continuing education. Some scholars reflect the profession of the teaching profession, with research that seeks to understand its role in everyday tasks performed at school. As an analysis procedure, Content Analysis was chosen (BARDIN, 2011), through the production of a descriptive memorial delivered to teachers working with Libras, in a school in the state of Santa Catarina. The school has the hiring of a teacher interpreter of Libras and a teacher instructor of Libras to accompany a deaf student enrolled in high school. The instructive teacher of Libras asked to answer the descriptive memorial in Libras, as his first language because he is deaf. The episode counted with the record of the notebook camera and replaced the written record of the instructor teacher of Libras, the teacher interpreter performed the translation of Libras into Portuguese. The teachers' interpretations pointed to the relationship between the situations experienced in their personal lives with the professional. The teachers revealed that the main reason that led them to choose their profession was related to episodes from their childhood, referring to the need for communication in Libras.
