COMPREENDENDO A VIVÊNCIA DE MULHERES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA DOMÉSTICA
RESUMO: A violência doméstica pode ser entendida como qualquer ato ou omissão que, em relação ao gênero, resulte em dano físico, psicológico, sexual, patrimonial ou moral. O objetivo foi compreender a vivência das mulheres em situação de violência. Adotou-se uma pesquisa exploratória descritiva com abordagem qualitativa. O estudo foi realizado com 10 mulheres que viviam situações de violência e decidiram denunciar ou não o companheiro, atualmente em acompanhamento no Centro de Referência da Mulher - CRM da cidade de Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará, Brasil. Foi utilizado um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada, onde os dados foram obtidos por meio de gravação, foram transcritos na íntegra na forma de texto, garantindo seu sigilo e anonimato. A pesquisa atendeu à Resolução brasileira nº 466/12 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde - CNS. A coleta de dados foi realizada após autorização da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Social e Trabalho (SDEST) e o projeto foi registrado no Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (CEP) do Centro Universitário Doutor Leão Sampaio (Unileão), com parecer nº 2.354.192. Os resultados constataram que os participantes vivenciaram algum tipo de violência por muito tempo antes de fazer a denúncia e mesmo poderem buscar ajuda, enfrentaram muitas dificuldades, entre elas o medo de morrer principalmente e a vergonha de expor a situação. A violência psicológica foi o tipo mais prevalente nas falas das mulheres. Assim, é necessário que os profissionais de saúde reconheçam a violência como um problema de saúde pública que extrapola todas as dimensões das relações sociais. A pesquisa evidenciou a complexidade do tema e a necessidade de desenvolver políticas e serviços que proporcionem proteção integral às mulheres em situação de violência, considerando seus aspectos jurídicos, sociais, econômicos e de saúde.

ABSTRACT: Domestic violence can be understood as any act or omission that, regarding gender, results in physical, psychological, sexual, patrimonial or moral damage. The aim was to understand the women’s experience in violence situations. An exploratory descriptive research with a qualitative approach was adopted. The study was carried out with 10 women who faced violence situations and decided to denounce or not their partner, currently being accompanied by the Women's Reference Center - CRM in the town of Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará, Brazil. A semi-structured interview script was used, where the data were obtained through recording, were transcribed in full in text form, guaranteeing their secrecy and anonymity. The research followed Brazilian Resolution No. 466/12 by the National Health Council - CNS. Data collection was carried out after authorization from the Municipal Social Development and Labor Secretariat (SDEST) and the project was registered in the Research Ethics Committee (CEP) of the University Center Doctor Leão Sampaio (Unileão), with approval number 2,354,192. The results found the participants experienced some type of violence for a long time before making the complaint and even being able to seek help, they faced many difficulties, among them the fear of dying mainly and the shame of exposing the situation. The violence psychological was the type most prevalent in women's statements. Thus, it is necessary for health professionals to recognize violence as a public health problem that goes beyond all dimensions of social relations. The research showed the complexity of the theme and the need to develop policies and services that provide women in situations of violence with full protection, considering their legal, social, economic and health aspects.
