COMPOSTO DE MEL COM EXTRATO DE PRÓPOLIS SABORIZADO: AVALIAÇÃO DA ROTULAGEM QUANTO À INFORMAÇÃO NUTRICIONAL
Objetivou-se avaliar a rotulagem
do produto composto de mel com extrato
de própolis saborizado ofertado no varejo
da cidade de Cuiabá/MT e sua pertinência
quanto ao descrito na legislação vigente frente
às informações nutricionais. Para tal foram
adquiridas no varejo da cidade de Cuiabá/MT
duas marcas de composto de mel com extrato
de própolis saborizado com diversos sabores,
marca A e marca B, totalizando sete amostras,
todas com selo da inspeção federal que foram
analisadas para a informação nutricional
conforme a legislação vigente. Constatou-se
que ambas as marcas avaliadas estavam em
sua totalidade conforme descrito na Resolução
RDC 360/2003. Concluiu-se que os padrões
obrigatórios da legislação brasileira para
informações nutricional foram concebidos e
que os rótulos dos produtos estudados estavam
conformes.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to
evaluate the labeling of the product composed of
honey with flavored propolis extract offered in the
retail of the city of Cuiabá/MT and its relevance
as described in the current legislation regarding
nutritional information. For this, two brands of
honey compound with propolis extract flavored
with different flavors, brand A and brand B, were
purchased in the city of Cuiabá/MT, totaling
seven samples, all with federal inspection seal
that were analyzed for nutritional information in
accordance with current legislation. It was found
that both brands evaluated were in their entirety
as described in Resolution RDC 360/2003. It
was concluded that the mandatory standards
of the Brazilian legislation for nutritional
information were designed and that the labels
of the products studied were compliant.
