COMPORTAMENTO POLÍTICO ENTRE OS LATINO-AMERICANOS

Esse artigo consiste em uma análise de dados relativos à algumas variáveis do comportamento político: a confiança política (confiança nas instituições e confiança interpessoal), a percepção da corrupção, os hábitos de informação sobre política, a participação política e o apoio a democracia. Trata-se de avaliar os padrões de comportamento político entre os latino-americanos, avaliando se tais padrões são favoráveis a consolidação e o desenvolvimento da democracia no continente. A pesquisa desenvolvida nesse projeto teve como objetivo descrever os padrões de comportamento político na América Latina, buscando compreender as possíveis associações das variáveis do comportamento político. Essa descrição foi viabilizada através da análise de dados levantados e disponibilizados pela ONG Latinobarómetro.

  • Abstract: This article consists of an analysis of data relating to some variables of political behavior: political trust (trust in institutions and interpersonal trust), perception of corruption, information habits about politics, political participation and support for democracy. It involves evaluating patterns of political behavior among Latin Americans, assessing whether such patterns are favorable to the consolidation and development of democracy on the continent. The research carried out in this project aimed to describe the patterns of political behavior in Latin America, seeking to understand the possible associations of political behavior variables. This description was made possible through the analysis of data collected and made available by the NGO Latinobarómetro.
