Abstract: ABSTRACT Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, and progressive vascular fibrosis. This study reviewed the pathophysiological mechanisms, diagnostic methods, and innovative therapeutic approaches for managing SSc-related vascular complications. We highlighted the use of biomarkers and artificial intelligence for early diagnosis, as well as the impact of emerging therapies, including JAK inhibitors, inflammation modulators, and regenerative cell therapy. We conclude that significant advancements have been made in identifying and treating these complications, although challenges remain. The future of SSc management will rely on developing personalized strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
