A abordagem realizada no presente

estudo, busca dirimir a aplicação da ferramenta

compliance e sua utilização no mundo

empresarial, demonstrando sua aplicabilidade

nas relações laborais e suas vantagens,

ao tempo em que analisa um segmento

especifico: a fabricação têxtil, onde denota-se

a grande precarização das relações laborais,

pela utilização de mão de obra análoga a

condição de escravo. Almejando demonstrar

a responsabilização na cadeia produtiva de

grandes redes produtivas e como poderia a

ferramenta, ser utilizada como alternativamente

no combate desta patologia. Logo, por meio

das técnicas adequadas e efetivas, aborda-se a

fortificação das estratégias para a erradicação

da precarização das relações sociais e a

ampliação do desenvolvimento de aplicativos

legais que possam combater a reificação

humana e realizar uma função social do próprio

trabalho digno e humano.

Abstract:
The approach taken in the present

study seeks to solve the application of the

compliance tool and its use in the business

world, demonstrating its applicability in industrial

relations and its advantages, while analyzing a

specific segment: textile manufacturing, where

it is denoted the large precarization of labor

relations, by the use of labor analogous to

the condition of slave. Striving to demonstrate

accountability in the production chain of large

productive networks and how could the tool be

used as an alternative in the fight against this

pathology. Therefore, through appropriate and

effective techniques, the fortification of strategies

for the eradication of the precariousness of social relations and the expansion of the

development of legal applications that can combat human reification and carry out a

social function of the proper and human work itself.
