COMPETÊNCIAS SÓCIOEMOCIONAIS NA BASE NACIONAL COMUM CURRICULAR À LUZ DA PEDAGOGIA HISTÓRICO-CRÍTICA
Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo revelar as intenções mercadológicas presentes na reforma educacional da qual a BNCC é resultante e como as habilidades socioemocionais contribuem com a formação rasa e precarizada na educação Básica, principalmente aos alunos das escolas públicas. A metodologia utilizada consiste de revisão teórica fundamentada na Pedagogia Histórico-crítica e análise da Base Nacional Comum Curricular. Foi possível perceber que há um claro alinhamento entre as políticas educacionais e os interesses neoliberais e que as competências socioemocionais e a BNCC fazem parte do projeto de educação para o século XXI.

Abstract:
This research aims to reveal the marketing intentions present in the educational reform that resulted from the BNCC and how the socio-emotional skills contribute to the shallow and precarious training in Basic education, especially to students in public schools. The methodology used consists of a theoretical review based on Historical-Critical Pedagogy and analysis of the Common National Curricular Base. It was possible to see that there is a clear alignment between educational policies and neoliberal interests and that socio-emotional competences and BNCC are part of the education project for the 21st century.
