COMPETÊNCIA MÉDICA: A FORMAÇÃO TÉCNICA E ÉTICA DO ESTUDANTE DE MEDICINA
Este estudo aborda a importância da educação integral para o desenvolvimento das competências necessárias à prática médica. Um direcionamento teórico associado à prática e uma instituição bem organizada com regras e decisões coerentes trarão benefícios tanto à professores, quanto à formação dos estudantes, no que respeita às escolhas e efetivação da ação, principalmente porque estarão atuando dentro de pouco tempo e por longo tempo. Consideramos que a instituição formadora tem papel fundamental na formação técnica e humana dos estudantes, posto que o ambiente escolar deva ser intencionalmente favorável ao desenvolvimento integral das pessoas, pois, na carência desse tipo de propósito cada vez mais se perderá a qualidade da formação dos estudantes por não se utilizarem, nessa fase vital de amadurecimento, as oportunidades de prática, de reflexão sobre ideias e posturas que, efetivamente, os conduzirão a atuar com competência
