COMPENSAÇÃO AMBIENTAL: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE UMA BARRAGEM DE TERRA.
O desenvolvimento sustentável pode ser alcançado através de um equilíbrio entre o social, o econômico e o ambiental. Barragens são estruturas construídas ao longo dos vales e usadas principalmente para o acúmulo de água. Para sua construção é necessário o desmatamento (supressão de plantas) da espécie, e para isso é necessária a autorização de supressão de plantas concedida pelo órgão ambiental competente. Com essa autorização, é necessário escolher um local para compensar os impactos, de acordo com o Licenciamento Ambiental e uma forma de mitigar os impactos na área de APP e seu entorno. Com o cálculo para o projeto em questão, será feita a conclusão de quantos hectares serão calculados para minimizar os impactos. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar a supressão da vegetação, a escolha da área para a Substituição Florestal e a Compensação Ambiental, para a construção de uma barragem na Lagoa dos Gatos, Pernambuco, Brasil, sugerindo seus impactos positivos e negativos e sociais e ganhos econômicos. Com a verificação da área a ser reprimida, foi escolhida uma área de compensação e compensação, foram montados cronogramas com as ações e atividades planejadas. O número total de mudas que serão utilizadas no Projeto será de aproximadamente 19.297 mudas, a qual será implantada no espaçamento de 2,0 m x 3,0 m.

Abstract:
Sustainable development can be achieved through a balance between the social, the economic and the environmental. Dams are structures built across the valleys and used primarily for the accumulation of water. For its construction, it is necessary to deforest (plant suppression) of the species, and for that, the authorization of plant suppression granted by the competent environmental agency is necessary. With this authorization, it is necessary to choose a location for offsetting impacts, according to the Environmental Licensing and a way of mitigating impacts on the APP area and its surroundings. With the calculation for the project in question, the conclusion of how many hectares will be calculated to minimize the impacts. The present work aimed to analyze the suppression of vegetation, the choice of the area for the Forest Replacement and the Environmental Compensation, for the construction of a dam in Lagoa dos Gatos, Pernambuco, Brazil, suggesting its positive and negative impacts and the social and economic gains. With the verification of the area to be suppressed, an area for compensation and compensation was chosen, schedules were set up with the actions and activities planned. The total number of seedlings that will be used in the Project will be approximately 19,297 seedlings, such as which will be implanted in a spacing of 2.0 m x 3.0 m.
