COMPARATIVO DA MORTALIDADE POR CÂNCER DO APARELHO GENITAL FEMININO COM O NÚMERO DE EXAMES DE COLPOCITOLOGIA ONCÓTICA ENTRE 2016 E 2018
A incidência de câncer de colo uterino tem sofrido um decréscimo
ao longo dos anos. Entretanto, ainda representa uma importante causa de morte em mulheres em idade fértil, bem como as outras formas de Câncer do Aparelho Genital Feminino (CAGF). Trata-se de um estudo epidemiológico, retrospectivo do tipo descritivo baseado nos dados disponíveis no DATASUS. Na regressão linear, não foi observada relação linear entre o número de óbitos por câncer do aparelho genital feminino com o número de exames (p = 0,1533;
R² = 0,43). Portanto, demonstrou-se uma forte correlação entre o número de óbitos por CAGF e o número de exames preventivos realizados, apesar de não se configurar como uma relação linear.

Abstract:
The incidence of cervical cancer has decreased over the years.
However, it still represents an important cause of death in women of
childbearing age, as well as other forms of Cancer of the Female Genital System (CAGF). This is an epidemiological, retrospective, descriptive study based on data available in DATASUS. In the linear regression, there was no linear relationship between the number of deaths from cancer of the female genital system and the number of tests (p = 0.1533; R² = 0.43). Therefore, a strong correlation was demonstrated between the number of deaths from CAGF and the number of preventive exams performed, despite not being a linear
relationship. -
