COMPARAÇÃO DAS DEMANDAS DE REGULAÇÃO DE ALTA E MÉDIA COMPLEXIDADE DO MUNICÍPIO DE MINEIROS NOS SERVIÇOS DE PRONTO DO ANTENDIMENTO DO HOSPITAL MUNICIPAL DE MINEIROS E UNIDADE DE PRONTO ATENDIMENTO
O Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) deve responder efetivamente às condições de saúde crônicas, agudas e crônicas agudizadas, no município de Mineiros a assistência é ofertada através dos serviços de atenção básica (Unidade básica de saúde – UBS, núcleo de apoio à saúde da família – NASF e academia da saúde), rede de urgência e emergência (SAMU e Unidade de Pronto Atendimento), rede hospitalar (hospital municipal e hospitais conveniados) e a rede de atenção de psicossocial (CAP’s – centro de atenção psicossocial). Na regulação e integração do atendimento dos níveis primário, secundário e terciário a Rede Atenção à Saúde - RAS é a responsável por essa resposta. A situação atual da saúde é desafiadora, devido ao subfinanciamento, a judicialização e progressivo aumento da procura. No estudo desenvolvido objetivamos caracterizar as principais demandas de regulação aos serviços de média e alta complexidade, afim de demonstrar seu perfil. Com intuito de fornecer dados tabulados ao município contribuindo para melhoria no manejo de recursos, desenvolvimento de campanhas preventivas e implementação de serviços especializados. Este trabalho é um estudo transversal de caráter quantitativo, qualitativo e descritivo nas bases de informação do serviço de regulação médica do município de Mineiros compreendido pelo pronto atendimento do Hospital Municipal Drº Evaristo Vilela Machado e Unidade de Pronto Atendimento Drº Francisco Filgueiras Junior.

Abstract:
The Unified Health System (named SUS in Brazil) must effectively respond to chronic and acute health conditions. In the municipality of Mineiros assistance is offered through primary care services (Basic Health Unit - UBS, health support center of family - NASF and health academy), urgency and emergency network (SAMU and Emergency Care Unit), hospital network (municipal hospital and associated hospitals) and the psychosocial care network (CAP's - psychosocial care center). In the regulation and integration of primary, secondary and tertiary care, the Health Care Network - RAS is responsible for this response. The current health situation is challenging, due to underfunding, litigation and a progressive increase in demand. In the developed study we aim to characterize the main regulation demands on medium and high complexity services, in order to demonstrate their profile. We provide tabulated data to the municipality contributing to an improvement in resource management, development of preventive campaigns and implementation of specialized services. This work is a cross-sectional study of a quantitative, qualitative and descriptive nature in the information bases of the medical regulation service of the municipality of Mineiros, understood by the emergency service of the Municipal Hospital Drº Evaristo Vilela Machado and the Emergency Care Unit Drº Francisco Filgueiras Junior.
