“COMO SE FOSSE NATUREZA”: SOBRE AS TENSÕES NECESSÁRIAS ENTRE REGRAS E PROCESSOS CRIATIVOS
O trabalho examina, a partir da
“Crítica da Faculdade do Juízo” de Kant, os
aspectos tensos da relação entre a regra e o
gênio no processo de criação artística. Sob este
ponto de vista, a lógica do gênio não pode ser
ensinada ou aprendida. A produção artística
é um ato livre, e a ação do gênio equivale a
“descobrir a regra” no próprio ato de criação.

Abstract:
This paper examines the tense
aspects of the relation between the rule and
the genius in the process of artistic creation,
based on Kant’s “Critique of Judgment”. From
this point of view, the logic of the genius cannot
be taught or learned. Artistic production is a free
act, and the action of the genius is equivalent to
“discovering the rule” in the act of creation
