COMO AS ÁGUAS DO RIO, A VIDA É MOVIMENTO: PESCA E CONFLITOS POR TERRA E ÁGUA NO RIO SÃO FRANCISCO.
Este artigo analisa as dinâmicas
territoriais evidenciando a amalgama entre
território, territorialidade e múltiplas identidades
vivenciadas nos processos de expropriação
e reapropriação do território da comunidade
quilombola e pesqueira de Croatá, situada às
margens do rio São Francisco, no Norte de Minas
Gerais. Optou-se pela pesquisa multissituada
que se efetiva na itinerância, com observações
dentro e fora da comunidade. Os resultados
indicam que a territorialidade se efetiva a partir
de signos identitários imersos na sociodinâmica
das águas na pesca do rio, nas vazantes, bem
como nas terras do alto. A territorialidade dos
pescadores (as) tem reconfigurado a noção do
tradicional aglutinado em intensos processos
de resistências ao buscar a reapropriação
física dos territórios pesqueiros, enquanto uma
proposta instituinte dos pescadores frente as
forças instituídas do estado e do capital.

Abstract:
This article analyzes the territorial
dynamics evidencing the amalgamation between
territory, territoriality and multiple identities
experienced in the processes of expropriation
and reappropriation of the territory of the
quilombola and fishing community of Croatá,
located on the banks of the São Francisco
river, in the North of Minas Gerais. We opted
for the multisite research that is effective in
roaming, with observations inside and outside
the community. The results indicate that the
territoriality is effective from the identity signs
immersed in the sociodynamics of the waters
in the fishing of the river, in the ebbing, as well
as in the lands from above. The territoriality of
the fishermen has reconfigured the notion of
the traditional agglutinated in intense processes
of resistance when seeking the physical
reappropriation of the fishing territories, as an
instituting proposal of the fishermen against the
established forces of the state and capital.
