COMERCIALIZAÇÃO DE BANANAS NO MUNICÍPIO DE ITAGUARU-GO
O estado de Goiás é o maior produtor de bananas do Centro-Oeste e o 10º maior do Brasil. Dentre os municípios dedicados à fruticultura no estado, Itaguaru destaca-se como um importante centro de produção e comercialização da banana. Objetivou-se com este trabalho diagnosticar a comercialização de banana em Itaguaru-GO. Foram realizadas 15 entrevistas através da aplicação de questionário com os intermediários de banana em agosto de 2019. O questionário foi constituído por 66 questões objetivas e discursivas. A linguagem usada foi informal para que o intermediário soubesse responder com clareza o que foi questionado. Os dados foram submetidos à análise qualitativa por meio de estatística descritiva dos parâmetros avaliados. Verificou-se que a maioria dos intermediários não possui firma registrada e que seus funcionários trabalham na informalidade como diaristas. O que levou às pessoas a se tornarem um intermediário de banana em Itaguaru foi o desejo de ter uma renda mensal boa; o tempo na atividade varia de 5 a 25 anos e atende a 177 produtores de banana. Toda a produção de banana comercializada passa por dois tipos de classificação: a banana de primeira e de segunda. No processo de embalagem das bananas na lavoura, 66,7% dos intermediários embalam e buscam a banana no mesmo dia nas propriedades. Durante o despencamento e a embalagem da banana, 60% dos intermediários realizam o tratamento com sulfato de alumínio e detergente neutro e 60% fazem o reaproveitamento das bananas chamadas pontinhas. Os meses de maior produção de acordo com os intermediários vão de Março a Setembro. Os funcionários que trabalham diretamente na embalagem com os intermediários não recebem nem um tipo de treinamento. As maiores perdas de banana ocorrem durante o transporte dos cachos até o embalador. Todos trabalham de forma correta em relação à fiscalização. Dentre as variedades de bananas comercializadas pelos intermediários a principal é banana Maçã Comum e é também a mais aceita no mercado. Os principais locais que os intermediários realizam a venda de bananas são as CEASAS de Goiânia e Anápolis (Goiás), São Paulo e Brasília. Todos os entrevistados disseram que estão satisfeitos com a atividade como intermediário.

Abstract:
The state of Goiás is the largest producer of bananas in the Midwest and the 10th largest of Brazil. Among the municipalities dedicated to fruit growing in the state, Itaguaru stands out as an important center of banana production and marketing. The objective of this study was to diagnose the commercialization of bananas in Itaguaru-GO. 15 interviews were conducted through the application of a questionnaire with banana intermediaries in August 2019. The questionnaire consisted of 66 objective and discursive questions. The language used was informal so that the intermediary could answer clearly what was questioned. The data were submitted to qualitative analysis through descriptive statistics of the parameters evaluated. It was found that most intermediaries do not have registered firm and that their employees work informally as day laborers. What led people to become a banana intermediary in Itaguaru was the desire to have a good monthly income; the time in the activity varies from 5 to 25 years and serves 177 banana producers. All banana production marketed goes through two types of classification: the first and second banana. In the process of packing bananas in the crop, 66.7% of the intermediates pack and seek the banana on the same day in the properties. During the fall and packaging of bananas, 60% of the intermediates perform the treatment with aluminum sulfate and neutral detergent and 60% reuse bananas called dots. The months of higher production according to the intermediaries range from March to September. Employees who work directly on the packaging with intermediaries do not receive even one type of training. The greatest banana losses occur during the transport of the bunches to the packer. Everyone works correctly in relation to supervision. Among the varieties of bananas marketed by intermediaries the main banana is Common Apple and is also the most accepted on the market. The main places that intermediaries sell bananas are CEASAS de Goiânia and Anápolis (Goiás), São Paulo and Brasília. All respondents said they are satisfied with the activity as an intermediary.
