COLONIALIDADE/DECOLONIALIDADE E OS EXCLUÍDOS DE COR E GÊNERO NAS ESCOLAS DE SÃO JOSÉ NO FINAL DO SÉCULO XIX E PRIMEIRA METADE DO SÉCULO XX
O objetivo principal desse artigo é fazer reflexões acerca da colonialidade e decolonialidade, relacionando com o contexto educacional de exclusão de cor e gênero que ocorria nas escolas de São José da Terra Firme, no território catarinense, durante o final do século XIX e primeira metade do século XX, a partir das legislações e documentos históricos governamentais. Em um primeiro momento serão apresentados dados e informações sobre a cidade e as escolas da região e num segundo momento trarei à tona, algumas legislações nacionais e provinciais, bem como fragmentos de entrevistas, fazendo inserções reflexivas a partir das contribuições dos autores decoloniais da América Latina.

Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to reflect on coloniality and decoloniality, relating to the educational context of exclusion of color and gender that occurred in the schools of São José da Terra Firme, in the territory of Santa Catarina, during the late 19th and first centuries half of the twentieth century, from legislation and government historical documents. In a first moment, data and information about the city and schools in the region will be presented and in a second moment, I will bring up some national and provincial laws, as well as fragments of interviews, making reflective insertions from the contributions of Latin American decolonial authors.
