COLONIALIDADE E PRÁTICAS ALIMENTARES NO GOVERNO DE JANARY NUNES
Semelhante à gestão nacional de Getúlio Vargas, estava nos planos do governador Janary Nunes intervir na alimentação dos amapaenses substituindo as práticas tradicionais por uma alimentação que dizia ser rica em nutrientes e vitaminas. O artigo apresenta o que se considera uma tentativa, ainda que involuntária, de resistência à colonialidade, através da permanência aos hábitos alimentares tradicionais. Para tanto, fez-se um levantamento bibliográfico, exploratório e descritivo de fontes secundárias. Utilizou-se como referência o primeiro Relatório de Gestão de governo, com informações sobre as primeiras medidas de abastecimento e da percepção do governador acerca da alimentação praticada pelos amapaenses. Utiliza-se ainda outras bibliografias que complementam a hipótese defendida.

Abstract:
Similarly to the government of Getúlio Vargas, Governor Janary Nunes planned to intervene in the diet of the population of Amapá, in the North of Brazil, replacing their traditional food practices with a diet that was said to be rich in nutrients and vitamins. The article presents what is considered an attempt of resistance to colonialism, although involuntary, through the continuation of traditional eating habits. To this end, a descriptive review of secondary sources was carried out. The first Government Management Report was used as a reference, with information on the supply measures and the governor's perception of the food practices in Amapá. Other bibliographies were used to support the thesis.
