Abstract: Cholangiohepatitis is the second most prevalent liver disease in domestic felines and can be classified as neutrophilic, lymphocytic, or parasitic based on histopathological examination. It can occur concurrently with pancreatitis and inflammatory bowel disease, referred to as feline triad. This study addresses the case of a nine-year-old semi-domiciled male feline patient treated at Prof. Ivon Macêdo Tabosa Veterinary Hospital, who presented with nonspecific signs of lethargy, anorexia, and vomiting. Laboratory tests (complete blood count and biochemistry) showed increased markers of liver injury and cholestasis, as well as electrolyte disturbances. Additionally, an ultrasound examination revealed hepatobiliary and pancreatic alterations consistent with cholangiohepatitis associated with pancreatitis. Specific tests (bile culture, antibiogram, and feline-specific pancreatic lipase) were not authorized, necessitating a therapeutic diagnosis, from which the patient benefited, leading to successful treatment and discharge.
