Abstract: The scientific article is entitled: Family-School Collaboration in Democratic School Management: Reflections and Partnership in the Process of Building, Implementing and Evaluating the PPP. This article is based on the following guiding question: How does the partnership between family and school contribute to the effectiveness of democratic management based on the school's Pedagogical Political Project (PPP)? Thus, our general objective is to analyze the partnership between family and school in the effectiveness of democratic management based on the process of building, implementing and evaluating the school's PPP. Based on the main objective, we have listed the specific objectives: to review the importance of the family in the implementation of the PPP in normative documents and academic productions; to identify the forms of family participation in the process of drafting, implementing and evaluating the school's PPP; to list successful strategies for making the partnership between family and school effective in the implementation and evaluation of the PPP. This is a qualitative study, using the methodological approach of bibliographical research. It is justified by its social and educational relevance, highlighting the school as a cooperative environment between democratic management, families and the school community in general (teachers, students and other staff). Therefore, in order to make all this possible, this study takes a closer look at the active construction of the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP), An active school council, direct elections for managers and events that bring the community into the school.
