COGNIÇÃO, PERCEPÇÃO MUSICAL NA POPULAÇÃO IDOSA PRATICANTE DE CANTO CORAL – UMA REVISÃO DE ESCOPO
É de suma importância estudar e desenvolver meios para que a pessoa idosa possa se manter saudável. O objetivo desse estudo é categorizar e enumerar os estudos encontrados na literatura sobre os temas de percepção musical e cognição no canto coral de idosos, para podermos ter um panorama nesse momento sobre o que tem sido discutido e publicado por outros pesquisadores. Para tanto utilizou-se da metodologia do JBI para scoping reviews, com pesquisa nas seguintes bases de dados obtidos via CAFE : SCIELO, WEB of SCIENCE, SCOPUS, Medline/ Pub Med, BVS/ LILACs, periódicos CAPES a partir de 2011, considerando os descritores “Percepção musical”, “musical perception”, “percepción musical”; memória, memory, cognition, cognición; “canto coral”, singing, sing, choir; Idoso , elderly, “old aged”, “older People”, ageing, anciano, palavras alternativas: enveiecimiento, edad avanzada , fazendo uso dos boleanos AND e OR: nas linguas português, inglês e espanhol. Resultados: a busca identificou um total de 45 artigos com os descritores citados, sendo 14 desses artigos selecionados para a leitura na integra. Os artigos encontrados apresentaram em sua grande maioria resultados com percepção musical e cognição voltados a implante coclear na área de saúde. Na área da educação a percepção musical aparece como disciplina a ser cursada por adultos jovens, e com idosos e percepção musical, pudemos encontrar até o momento apenas 1 artigo sem associa-lo ao canto coral. Considerações finais: podemos verificar até o presente momento que relacionar percepção musical, educação e idoso são poucos os estudos feitos e um campo a ser estudado.

Abstract:
It is extremely important to study and develop ways for the elderly to stay healthy. The objective of this study is to categorize and list the studies found in the literature on the themes of musical perception and cognition in choral singing by the elderly, so that we can have an overview at that time of what has been discussed and published by other researchers. For that, the JBI methodology was used for scoping reviews, with research in the following databases obtained via CAFE: SCIELO, WEB of SCIENCE, SCOPUS, Medline/Pub Med, BVS/LILACs, CAPES journals from 2011, considering the descriptors “Musical perception”, “musical perception”, “musical perception”; memory, memory, cognition, cognition; “choral song”, singing, sing, choir; Idoso, elderly, “old aged”, “older People”, ageing, elderly, alternative words: enveiecimiento, edad avanzada, using the Booleans AND and OR: in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Results: the search identified a total of 45 articles with the aforementioned descriptors, with 14 of these articles selected for full reading. The articles found mostly presented results with musical perception and cognition aimed at cochlear implants in the health area. In the area of education, musical perception appears as a subject to be studied by young adults, and with the elderly and musical perception, we could find so far only 1 article without associating it with choral singing. Final considerations: we can verify until the present moment that relating musical perception, education and the elderly are few studies done and a field to be studied.
