CINEMA - A SÉTIMA ARTE NO ENSINO DO DIREITO
A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo repensar o ensino jurídico por meio da arte cinematográfica, eis que tal evolução tecnológica demonstrou ser diversificada para o seu uso e objetivo. Sendo assim, sabendo que o ensino jurídico tradicional é necessário, mas incapaz de, por si só, suficiente para a devida compreensão e aplicação no cenário real, a utilização conjunta de ensino alternativo é uma hipótese a se pensar. Diante desse cenário, o primeiro capítulo aborda brevemente a criação e revolução da arte cinematográfica, para, em seguida, no segundo capítulo, aprofundar sobre o que é o cinema, pois apenas assim se pode entender como ela pode ser um instrumento no ensino. No último capítulo, além de trazer uma síntese do ensino jurídico tradicional e seus efeitos, aborda como se pode utilizar o cinema no ensino do Direito. Quanto à sua natureza, a pesquisa foi pura, abordando o problema de forma teórica, tendo como técnica de pesquisa de forma essencialmente a bibliográfica. Quanto aos fins, a pesquisa foi de cunho descritivo tendo por método de abordagem o hipotético-dedutivo, e os resultados foram expostos em forma de texto.

Abstract:
This research aims to rethink legal education through cinematographic art, as such technological evolution has proven to be diversified for its use and purpose. Therefore, knowing that traditional legal education is necessary, but incapable of, by itself, sufficient for proper understanding and application in the real scenario, the joint use of alternative teaching is a hypothesis to be considered. Given this scenario, the first chapter briefly addresses the creation and revolution of cinematographic art, and then, in the second chapter, deepens on what cinema is, because only then can one understand how it can be an instrument in teaching. In the last chapter, in addition to bringing a synthesis of traditional legal teaching and its effects, it discusses how cinema can be used in teaching law. As for its nature, the research was pure, approaching the problem in a theoretical way, having as a research technique an essentially bibliographical way. As for the purposes, the research was descriptive in nature, using the hypothetical-deductive method of approach, and the results were exposed in the form of a text.
