CHINA E BRASIL: UM ESTUDO SOBRE OS INVESTIMENTOS NA INFRAESTRUTURA LOGÍSTICA NACIONAL
A infraestrutura logística brasileira enfrenta inúmeros problemas, sendo eles expressivos em todos os principais modais utilizados no país. É notório que as principais estratégias governamentais para a realização de melhorias na supramencionada infraestrutura logística sejam voltadas à injeção de capital privado em bens públicos para sua construção, manutenção e operação por meio de licitações. A China, devido a sua grande troca comercial com o Brasil, se mostra como grande interessada em participar das licitações abertas, podendo ser um agente importante na melhoria da infraestrutura nacional. O principal objetivo deste estudo é levantar dados sobre as principais carências da infraestrutura logística brasileira e apresentar investimentos realizados nesta área por empresas de origem chinesa, utilizando informações divulgadas por fontes governamentais, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, evidenciando assim o propósito mútuo de que se concretizem os projetos planejados, mantenham- se os que estão em curso e que amplie-se a parceria entre os países.

Abstract:
Brazil’s logistic infrastructure faces countless significant issues that can be seen throughout all of the country’s main transportation modes. It is notorious that the main government strategies created in order to improve the aforementioned logistic infrastructure involve the injection of private capital in public goods in order to build, maintain and manage them through competitive public bidding. China, due to its vast commercial exchange with Brazil, has been greatly interested in participating of open bids and may become a very important player by investing in Brazil’s logistic infrastructure. The main purpose of this study is to gather and expose data regarding the main issues faced in brazilian logistics infrastructure and present the investments made by companies of chinese origin using information released by governmental sources through bibliographical and documental research, thus showing the mutual purpose of finalizing projects that are being planned, maintaining active ones whilst further expanding the partnership between both countries
